Oxford….A Market Of It’s Own.

So all of the numbers are in, analyzed,  and  documented….Oxford must have all ready hit the bottom because the numbers don’t lie and our office, Re/Max Legacy, is up approximately 20% from this time last year.  It is time to stop sitting on the side lines and start thinking about making a move or it may be too late to get the best deal possible. With interest rates at historic lows, unparralleled tax credit opportunities, and the market heating up for the selling season many of the smart buyers are jumping back in the market before it’s too late.

It still seems to be a buyers market with an abundance of property on the market and motivated sellers, however with each day that passes so does another good deal or two.
