As the weather starts to warm and with the Rebs marching to the Top of the baseball charts, real estate traffic is buzzin’! We are starting to see some of the same great trends that we saw 3-4 years ago when the market was hot. Just this week I have witnessed 2 seperate occoacions of a multiple offer shoot out!
As the interest rates sit lower that they have been in over 30 years years, the smart buyers realize that the time to take advantage of low prices and unbelievably low interest rates is upon us.
With Oxford MS Real Estate being as (or more) desirable than ocean front property, buyers are coming to the plate and looking to invest in REAL property at low low interest rate as opposed to the stock market where anything is possible.
The main difference between investing in Real Property and the stock market comes from within. Your portfolio diversified as it possibly can be is highly possible of shirking in half or more as we have all witnessed as of late. The difference between this and Real Property is that real estate will never be cheaper that it costs to build/replace your property, or no one would build it. Real Estate economically can not be less valuable that the cost to reproduce or build the property, therefore maintaining at least a near full replacement value of your investment. There are some slim exceptions as with everything, however if you are a savvy real estate investor working with a savvy real estate broker, now is the time to grow your wealth.
